On average Swiss hospitals have 2.4 dispensers for alcohol-based handrubs per patient bed in addition to pocket dispensers, which are used in 97% of hospitals.

On average Swiss hospitals provide 2.4 alcohol-based handrub (ABHR) dispensers per patient bed. Most of these dispensers are located at room entrances (84%) oder near a patient bed (47%). 97% of hospitals also provide pocket ABHR dispensers.
