In which situations may the surface only be walked on or used after the contact time has expired?

For all disinfection activities where products listed by the Robert Koch-Institute (RKI) must be used (e.g., epidemic case according to IfSG.)
For targeted disinfection, in case there is a risk that microorganisms from the surface may enter the human body (e.g., via wounds)
In case of surfaces subjected to rinsing with water (e.g., kitchen area, bathtub)
