Law on the marketing and selling of medicinal products. The AMG addresses, for example, issues of demands on medicines, manufacture and control, authorisation and registration, clinical testing, quality assurance, safety of medicinal products, monitoring and liability of health impairments caused by medications, obligations of the manufacturer.
