General rules for quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing; issued by WHO and, for example, implemented in the EU. The GMP regulations are part of the AMWHV (German Ordinance for the Production of Medicinal Products and Active Substances; German: Arzneimittel- und Wirkstoffherstellungsverordnung) for pharmaceutical companies, and therefore have binding legal nature.
