Infection flora

Infection flora is defined as pathogens of already existing infections (abscesses, furuncle) that can only be killed by disinfection to a limited extent. Open, infected wounds always pose a risk of infection. Guidelines on personnel hygiene indicate that people with infections or open wounds must not carry out hygiene-relevant activities in patients until complete healing.
