The use concentrations under clean conditions (low load) should always be used if devices or surfaces have been cleaned prior to use.
In the case of cleaning & disinfection of instruments, always use the products in accordance with the specified concentrations/application times under dirty conditions (high load).
In the case of surface disinfection, there is the option of first absorbing any heavy dirt with a soaked cloth and then carrying out the disinfection with products tested under clean conditions.
