Sterilisation

In contrast to Disinfection not only aiming at reducing microorganisms but at completely removing microorganisms capable of reproduction, including spores. Sterility can be achieved by dry or moist heat, radiation, or fumigation with ethylene oxide and formaldehyde respectively.
