Paracoccus yeei

Paracoccus yeei is an aerobic, Gram-negative coccobacillus.

The bacterium is an opportunistic human pathogen and has been associated with several infections (peritonitis, conjunctivitis, bloodstream infection).

The main transmission path is not known yet. Suspected transmission path is direct or indirect contact with contaminated persons or objects.
